This complimentary Open Gym Pass (“Pass”) is subject to the following terms and restrictions. By redeeming or utilizing this Pass, the holder agrees to comply with all rules set forth by [Gym Name] and acknowledges the following conditions:
Eligibility This Pass is valid for new families only. A “new family” is defined as one that has never previously enrolled a child or participated in any paid or free class, event, or program at Alpha Omega Gymnastics and Dance, including but not limited to open gyms, camps, classes, or birthday parties. Limit One Pass Per Family Only one Free Open Gym Pass may be redeemed per family unit, regardless of the number of children or household members. Multiple Siblings Permitted If a family has multiple eligible children, all siblings may attend the same Open Gym session using the single Pass, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and meet the age requirements of the event. Non-Transferable and Not Redeemable for Cash This Pass is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Reservation and Capacity Limits Open Gym attendance is subject to capacity limits and requires advance registration. Possession of a Pass does not guarantee admission to a specific date or time. Waiver of Liability Required All participants must have a signed waiver of liability on file prior to entering the gym floor. Waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Facility Discretion Alpha Omega Gymnastics and Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke the Pass at its sole discretion for any reason, including safety concerns or failure to comply with facility rules.
